Thanks for joining me!
In a 2011 interview, Maya Angelou said, “I have great respect for the past. If you don’t know where you’ve come from, you don’t know where you’re going,” This concept is often inspired by the Ghanian symbol of Sankofa meaning, “Go back and get it”. This is the inspiration for my blog site, My Two Cents.

My Two Cents, is a provocative digital space that is dedicated to reclaiming history through the power of truth. At the heart of this platform is a commitment to unearthing the untold stories of Black history and challenging the systemic inaccuracies that have long shaped American and world narratives. From the forgotten pioneers of emergency medicine to the deep African roots of global faith, the site meticulously deconstructs historical myths and replaces them with rigorous, candid analysis. By tackling the hard truths of the past and their impact on modern justice and technology, My Two Cents serves as an essential resource for those looking to look beyond the “official” record and understand the authentic forces that have shaped our world.
